Egg Muffins

6 eggs

1/2 c milk

1 c cheese

meat and veggies as desired (I use ham, green pepper, and onion)

salt

pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Beat eggs until evenly blended. Add milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and any veggies and meat you like. Pour into muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes. These can be frozen and then microwaved in the morning for about 30 seconds. Make sure to cool before freezing.
